Pre-School classes are conducted weekday mornings, early afternoons and evenings as well as on Saturdays. The ages 2 1/2-4 classes have a maximum of 6 students per instructor in a 45 minute class. Students ages 4-5 1/2 are in one-hour classes with no more than seven students per instructor. These junior gymnasts are instructed in all the olympic events plus the trampoline using age-appropriate equipment and teaching techniques. |

Instructional gymnastics classes take place weekday afternoons and evenings and on Saturdays. Students ages 4-up may enroll in one hour classes. Students ages 6-up may enroll in one or two hour classes. There are no more than seven students per instructor in one-hour classes. Instruction for both boys and girls classes covers the respective Olympic events: floor exercise, balance beam, uneven parallel bars, and vaulting for girls; floor exercise, high bar, parallel bars, rings, pommel horse, and vaulting for boys. Trampoline skills are practiced as part of each class for both boys and girls. |

Rhythmic gymnastics classes are conducted weekday afternoons and evenings and on Saturday mornings. This beautiful and elegant Olympic sport is for girls ages 5-up who love tumbling, music and dance. Each student learns to use five apparatus - the ball, hoop, ribbon, rope and clubs. |
